Shipping policy

We’re committed to delivering your prints with precision and care. Orders are typically processed and produced in-house within 2-3 business days. Once shipped from our  U.S. facility, deliveries typically arrive within 4-7 business days, while international shipments take 7-10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. All U.S.A shipping is free, and such charges are the responsibility of the seller (Etre Studios). We offer free international shipping on all orders. However, due to recent tariffs and significant regional shipping cost differences, particularly for large or framed items, a portion of this shipping cost may be reflected in the product price depending on your delivery location.

For example, shipping artwork to the UK can exceed $200 USD; in such cases, there may be an estimated ~32% surcharge factored into the product price, hence sharing this cost for international orders. These adjustments are based on shipping zone, package dimensions, and weight, and are intended to help offset logistics costs while maintaining free delivery.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely, and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be assessed by your country’s authorities. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
