On the rare occasion your artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us right away. Kindly email photos of the damaged print and the packaging (including the shipping box) to hello@etrestudios.com so we can assist you. Including images of the box helps us identify any transit issues, even if no damage is visible on the outside.

If you choose a framed work, your art will arrive pre-framed and ready to hang (accompanied by nails for hanging). We offer Metal Frames: 0.7x2.0 cm (0.28x0.79 inches) and Oak Frames: 1.8x2.6 cm (0.71 x1.02 inches), made from high-quality oak wood. All of our frames are hand assembled for each piece.

Our frames feature ~1.5mm tempered glass, chosen for its exceptional clarity and minimal distortion that preserves the artwork’s true quality. While slightly heavier than the acrylic plexiglass commonly used by lower-cost retailers, real glass offers superior long-term protection and a refined visual finish.
